Hands-on development with the latest versions of .NET and C Expert knowledge of design patterns, SOLID principles, and various architectural patterns Expert knowledge of OOP Experience and knowledge in Agile delivery (ideally with SCRUM experience) Experience delivering high-volume, highly available enterprise applications Good knowledge of database systems and design Experience and strong knowledge of TDD, Continuous Integration, and Automation Experience with CI and automation tools Ability to critically analyze designs and provide constructive feedback Ability to critically analyze code and provide constructive feedback Ability to create useful and in-depth documentation Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Excellent verbal and written communication skills
