We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President Full Stack to join our Financing Engg team,This role is located in Pune In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: * Design, develop, and maintain a high-performance applications. Lead technical implementation across the full stack while ensuring security, scalability, and regulatory compliance. * Develop and maintain Application with Spring Framework, angular as frontend * Build RESTful APIs for transaction processing, position management, and compliance workflows * Design and optimize Oracle database schemas for transaction processing. * Develop Angular-based UI. * Write unit and integration tests using JUnit, Mockito. * Implement security best practices for API authentication, data encryption, and access control * Participate in CI/CD pipeline configuration and deployment processes * Monitor application performance and troubleshoot production issues * Lead code reviews focusing on transaction integrity, security, and performance * Design multi-threaded processing workflows with proper transaction management * Mentor junior developers on Spring Boot, microservices architecture * Explore AI reasoning models to reduce develpment and test coverage implementation time To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: * Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required. * 10 -15 years of experience in software development required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus. * Languages: Java 17+, SQL, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS * Frameworks: Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, Spring Transaction Management, Angular * Messaging: Apache Kafka (producers, consumers, stream processing) * Database: Oracle (complex queries, stored procedures, performance tuning) * Tools: Git, Maven, Docker, REST APIs * Architecture: Microservices, event-driven design, caching strategies * Preferred Experience : Financial services or payment processing systems, High-volume, low-latency transaction systems, Multi-threaded application development * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities * Excellent collaboration across business, QA, and infrastructure teams * Clear technical communication for documentation and knowledge sharing * Proactive learning mindset for emerging technologies * Familiarity with AI based deep coding tools At BNY, our culture speaks for itself, check out the latest BNY news at: BNY Newsroom [https://www.bny.com/corporate/global/en/about-us/newsroom.html] BNY LinkedIn [https://www.linkedin.com/company/bnyglobal/posts/?feedView=all] Here’s a few of our recent awards: * America’s Most Innovative Companies, Fortune, 2025 * World’s Most Admired Companies, Fortune 2025 * “Most Just Companies”, Just Capital and CNBC, 2025 Our Benefits and Rewards: BNY offers highly competitive compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs rooted in a strong culture of excellence and our pay-for-performance philosophy.
