We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Full-Stack Engineer to join our Execution Service Platform - Regulatory Reporting team. This role is located in Chennai. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Design, develop, and deploy scalable full-stack applications using modern technologies while ensuring security, performance, code quality, and regulatory compliance throughout the development lifecycle. Contribute to system architecture reviews, enforce best practices, and create comprehensive documentation supporting requirements and technical solutions. Manage end-to-end software lifecycle including development, testing, troubleshooting, and timely updates to meet compliance standards and client SLAs. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver new features while promoting technology standards and knowledge sharing through community engagement. Continuously expand technical expertise by monitoring emerging technologies, industry trends, and participating in professional development programs. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience required. 2-6 years of demonstrated software development experience required. Prior experience in regulatory reporting or financial services industry preferred.
