Description
Ensure the provision of accurate and timely services to all internal and external parties. Manage deliverables and operations across multiple clients, time-zones and different fund accounting operational processes. Manage the on-boarding of new business into the Team. Ensure each team member understands and follows the relevant processes, controls, procedures and systems operating within their area. Ensure team members are aware of issues and they escalate where appropriate. Assistance in monitoring and maintaining outsourcing governance in accordance with CSSF Circulars Problem Solving skills Strong numeracy understanding and attention to detail Adaptable in a fast-paced environment Good Communication skills - both written & verbal Proven Organization & Time Management skills and an ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a pressurized environment Conscientious in approach and able to work proactively Third level qualification in business related discipline. Accounting Qualifications preferred. Good working knowledge of Lux GAAP, IFRS reporting guidelines. Proven work experience within a similar environment.
