We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Fund/Client Accounting Manager to join our Institutional Accounting team. This role is located in Manchester. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Join a team of accounting professionals by demonstrating expertise in fund and client accounting, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Oversee daily record keeper transmission activity, fund of fund allocations and perform liquidity calculations resulting from participant flows. Collaborate with clients, servicing teams, technology and operations for client onboarding, structural change and asset events to ensure seamless custody and accounting operations. Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address accounting issues and develop robust solutions that align with BNY's strategic goals. Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the accounting function, leveraging technology and best practices. Assist in metric creation and delivery of client KPI for management consumption. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional accounting designation (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred. Typically 4-7 years of experience. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in financial reporting and accounting software.
