We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Fund Reporting Manager to join our Accounting Services team. This role is located in Lake Mary FL. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Oversee and manage the preparation and distribution of fund reports by demonstrating expertise in accounting services and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and compliance in financial reporting, aligning with BNY's strategic objectives. Drive process improvements within the fund reporting function to enhance efficiency and accuracy, supporting operational excellence. Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Liaise with clients to understand their reporting needs and ensure service delivery meets or exceeds expectations, demonstrating a client-focused approach. Ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance with industry regulations, maintaining the integrity of financial data. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred. Typically 4-7 years of experience in fund reporting or a related accounting services role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and cross-functional teams.
