We are looking for an experienced and growth-oriented Vice President who will provide overall leadership and strategic direction to a multi-site team in Texas. The successful candidate will possess a high degree of urgency, have leadership experience in the residential restoration service industry, to include full people management and P&L responsibility. As the brand leader, the Vice President General Manager will not only oversee and enhance core operations functions, but also has the capabilities, thought leadership, and drive to help rapidly scale the operations for future growth. We are now seeking a new leader at Dry Force and this VP/ GM of Dry Force will have primary responsibility for all operations. The VP/GM will focus on meeting and exceeding operating and financial budget goals, client objectives, OKR metrics, and customer satisfaction. This individual will be focused on ensuring operational excellence in the delivery of the services the company provides. Core Responsibilities * Manage all facets of the organization including full P&L responsibility. * Own the training, development and performance management of sales, marketing, administrative and field-based technician workforce. * Manage recruiting, staffing of employees and subcontractors, and capacity planning while projecting future needs. * Ensure compliance in all regulatory processes and programs and managing employee relations. * Deliver corporate financial results and achieve plans through daily management. * Drive operational efficiencies, labor/scheduling productivity. * Establish and ensure superior customer service levels within the department. * Collaborate and report to the Executive Leadership Team. * Expand Mitigation and Reconstruction Divisions while improving inter-division processes and closing rates, achieving company objectives and planned results. * Foster a positive work environment and utilize effective communication skills at all levels of the organization with a focus on company culture * Ensure that client objectives are fully met by maintaining active customer and referral source relationships and communications including formal structured monthly business reviews Qualifications * 10+ previous leadership experience in the Disaster Mitigation and Restoration industry strongly preferred and/or experience similar home services or construction management experience required. * Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred. * Proven in-depth change management experience using a variety of change management methodologies. * Prior experience in mentoring and developing management, marketing, sales & production teams. * High degree of integrity and business maturity with exceptional customer service skills * Previous P&L experience is required to include managing budgets in the multi-millions within the homes services industry, with a proven track record of growing accounts. * Ideal candidates will possess a high energy level that is communicated to the team they will lead * Proven success in interfacing with a variety of organizational functions and considerable negotiation skills are also needed to drive results. * The ability to manage in a diverse environment with focus on client and customer services is a key success measure * Ability and willingness to travel by auto or plane up to 40% of the time between TX office locations (2 days a week, no weekend travel) * Solid understanding of business reports and KPI reports * Ability to identify areas for performance improvement * Experience with Lean / Six Sigma methodologies is a plus * Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test * Valid driver’s license Our benefits include: * Medical coverage – 4 plan offerings * Dental and vision coverage * Company paid life insurance along with ability to buy additional / dependent life insurance * Company paid short- and long-term disability coverage * Paid Time off * 401k Plan with generous company match and immediate vesting after eligibility #INDHG
