Overview As part of succession planning, Taylor Steel is seeking an experienced Vice President & General Manager to lead our U.S. operations. This position is responsible for driving sales growth, operational performance, and profitability across all major business functions. The successful candidate will combine commercial acumen, strategic leadership, and hands-on operational expertise in a fast-paced steel processing environment. Key Responsibilities * Lead all U.S. business operations including Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, and IT. * Develop and execute growth strategies to expand market share and profitability. * Manage full P&L accountability and ensure strong financial performance. * Oversee operational efficiency, quality, safety, and compliance. * Build, develop, and support a high-performing leadership team. * Strengthen relationships with customers, suppliers, and key partners. * Drive continuous improvement and alignment with corporate objectives. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred). * 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in steel processing or manufacturing. * Proven track record of commercial growth and team leadership. * Strong financial, operational, and strategic planning skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
