Key Responsibilities  Curriculum Design and Leadership * Designing core curriculums for assigned Business Schools/Academies under CIMB University, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. * Act as a subject matter lead for key learning initiatives, driving the development of innovative and impactful learning solutions. Program Implementation * Lead/support the rollout of L&D initiatives, ensuring alignment with human capital strategies for workforce competency and leadership development. * Oversee end-to-end delivery of key learning projects, ensuring adherence to quality and timelines. Internal Capability Building * Mentor and train internal teams to design and deliver learning solutions, promoting internal expertise. * Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to create and deliver programs. Performance Consultation * Conduct training needs analyses and provide performance consultation to design targeted learning interventions. * Assess the effectiveness and ROI of learning programs to ensure continuous improvement. Vendor Management * Source and evaluate external training providers to ensure high-quality, cost-effective learning solutions. Compliance and Reporting * Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards, SOP, regulatory requirements, and internal audit guidelines. * Prepare reports and insights for management on the impact and effectiveness of learning initiatives.
