The Role: The Vice President -Global Brand Lead Commercialization, Solid Tumors, reporting directly to the Vice President of Global Commercialization for Oncology, will lead global marketing efforts for select assets in Genmab’s late-stage solid tumor portfolio. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in Global Oncology marketing roles, having successfully led and coordinated the late stage commercialization efforts through a global launch. This role demands a highly-experienced marketing leader who can thrive in leading a cross-functional team through the complexities of global markets, demonstrating strategic foresight and leadership and specialized knowledge in navigating the complexities of late-stage oncology product strategies and launches. Key Responsibilities: Develop and oversee Global Commercialization Strategy in line with the compound development strategy that ensures successful product launch/uptake across global markets, optimized patient access consistent with commercial priorities, and optimized product life cycle plans Responsible to ensure a cross-functionally aligned strategy specifically relating to: global brand plan (definition of lead and follow-on markets, where to play and how to win), global value and access dossier and pricing strategy, LRP / forecast Champion brand positioning, market segmentation, and targeting strategies to optimize product launch and lifecycle management. Strong leadership skills to manage and inspire a global marketing team, including talent development, fostering collaboration Cultivate a culture of agility and innovation; thrive in uncertainty and navigate the complexities of the oncology market. Work arrangement: This role offers flexibility to work away from the office for 20%–40% of a typical schedule. Employees may use this work schedule in increments of single days or multiple consecutive days, provided it does not exceed 40% within a 60-day period, and is approved by the hiring manager Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred. 14+ years of experience in marketing/ direct brand management experience, in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry Proven experience driving and leading marketing programs and cross-functional teams in a leadership capacity Significant experience translating commercial vision into actionable direction for marketing, market access, commercial operations, and other cross functional teams Demonstrated experience in functional leadership, strategic stakeholder management, operational management, and budget management Track record of attracting and developing talent and building high performance teams Proven performance in comparable role Requirements: Demonstrated success in developing and implementing global marketing launch strategies for oncology products Demonstrated success in aligning internal stakeholders across regions, synchronizing efforts across key markets, and ensuring consistent branding and messaging to achieve shard goals Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of motivating teams and influencing stakeholders across the organization. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and capable of making decisions amidst uncertainty. Foster relationships with key opinion leaders, patient advocacy groups, and professional societies to enhance brand visibility and support. For US based candidates, the proposed salary band for this position is as follows: $315,120.00---$472,680.00 The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
