Job Purpose: We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and strategic commercial leader to join our NPSD (Network Passenger Sales Development) team as Vice President Global Business Travel.
The Vice President for Global Business Trave l will define, implement and manage the Emirates Global Business and Corporate sales strategy, translating into measurable objectives and actionable plans that deliver sustainable growth. Work closely with the Commercial teams to ensure channel and segment objectives are achieved globally and balancing regional priorities and point-of-sale objectives.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:

• Experience in an airline/Travel Management Company (TMC) / tour operator /service industry in a senior level, experience in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans at a corporate level.
• Comprehensive understanding of all functions within Passenger Sales.
• In depth knowledge of the airline industry, global distribution channels and commercial airline strategy, including Revenue Optimisation and Sales.
• Executive stakeholder management expertise and strong organisational awareness.
• Strong networking and building relationships across all levels and across external industries: consultancy, travel, transportation, airline, and hospitality.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

• Develop the strategy for the Global Business and Corporate channel, ensuring alignment across Commercial and global operations, to achieve channel and segment KPIs.
• Strategically manage client portfolios to grow global corporate key accounts, identifying potential clients, optimising existing accounts, risk diversification, negotiations and contracting.
• Lead a Business Travel Centre of Excellence, ensuring the strategy identifies and maximises revenue generation opportunities for Emirates Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) and diverse markets, e.g. marine, oil & gas.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with Global Travel Management Companies (TMCs), and Small and Medium Enterprises (SME).
• Promote and grow Emirates Business Rewards as a leading SME incentive programme, engaging Global Sales teams

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE ROLE, YOU MUST MEET THE BELOW REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree or honours with 12+ years’ experience in Commercial/Sales. Other
• Degree in Commercial disciplines with emphasis on Business, Marketing & Sales.
