Description
Lead site manufacturing across multiple plants in a regional Global Supply Chain organization. Be a strategic partner and GSC representative to a business division. This role will be part of the GSC senior leadership team. Establish clear governance, accountability, and alignment across sites, regions, and divisions in partnership with Supply Chain and Quality leadership. Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) preferred. Minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in global supply chain, including 3+ years at the vice president level. Foundational leadership experience running a complex operational or manufacturing organization within global supply chain. Proven record of achieving measurable results in safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvement. Demonstrated expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and large-scale transformation leadership. Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and change management skills. Experience managing complex matrixed structures and influencing across functions and geographies. High sense of urgency, accountability, and operational discipline. Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership presence. Extensive experience leading a multi-site global manufacturing network in a regulated industry (medical device, pharmaceutical, or high-tech preferred). Successful management of manufacturing facilities of substantial scale. Experience integrating large or complex acquisitions into an existing network. Proven track record in footprint optimization, automation, and digital transformation. Commitment to developing future leaders and advancing organizational effectiveness.
