The Vice President of Global Marketing, based in Novi, MI supporting the Branson Ultrasonics business, will be a key strategic partner to the Business Unit President and leadership team, taking direct ownership of product strategy, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This executive role calls for a visionary leader with proven success in global manufacturing markets who can translate vision into execution and elevate the business to its next level of performance. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Strategic Leadership Shape and execute a comprehensive global marketing strategy aligned with long-term business objectives. Define compelling brand positioning, messaging, and value propositions across product lines and markets. Partner with senior leadership to influence business unit growth strategies and customer engagement initiatives. Team & Functional Leadership Lead, mentor, and expand a global marketing organization across product marketing, digital, communications, and regional teams. Advance digital marketing, analytics, and customer engagement capabilities to strengthen competitive advantage. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration that inspires high performance. Market & Customer Focus Transform market research and customer insights into actionable strategies that guide product and go-to-market decisions. Champion voice-of-customer programs to fuel innovation and drive adoption. Track competitive trends and market shifts to proactively adjust strategies. Demand Generation & Growth Direct global demand generation campaigns and pipeline development in close partnership with Sales. Deliver integrated marketing plans across digital, social, events, and channels to accelerate growth. Drive ROI through metrics-based decision-making and performance optimization. Brand & Communications Strengthen global brand presence through powerful storytelling and consistent messaging. Lead internal and external communications, executive thought leadership, and media relations. Ensure a unified brand identity across all geographies and channels. Advance Branson’s Digital Marketing Strategy across all markets worldwide. Who You Are: You serve as the cornerstone of our Marketing operations. This is a high-visibility role for a transformative leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution, and customer impact. The Global VP of Marketing will play a pivotal role in charting the business unit’s future growth, strengthening its competitive position, and inspiring a global team to deliver results.
