Job Purpose * CIMB Payment Gateway (PWG) – Online Application Support : Providing 1st and 2nd level support for all integration related system between PWG system. Responsible for indepth analysis, diagnosis, troubleshooting and providing solution issues (interface system) or escalate to technical online software developer (PWG system) or PWG vendor. Key Responsibilities * To configure and script payment routing rule and setup parameter as per business requirement within ACI payment platform. To apply specialized technical skills to analyze complex issues involving several platforms and data integrations. Knowledge in programming such as JAVA, WINDOW and UNIX scripting. To raise incident to respective systems and engaging with relevant teams and managing cases through to resolution. Recording, analyzing and managing incidents in line with Bank commitment and incident management processes, escalating where appropriate. Responsible for restarting application on server maintenance/patching or application deployment. Responsible to failover to DR during disaster and fallback to production after disaster recovery. To prepare deployment documents and participating in deployment release management (CAB) for deployment To coordinate business verification after deployment. To conduct routine monitoring and analysis of system health check and system housekeeping. Ensuring system health of the environment includes security, availability, performance, interoperability and reliability. Responsibility for providing trend analysis to the management team to enable them to make informed decisions regarding system resource management. To monitor alert and escalate abnormalities to respective technical team. To update management on abnormalities and next course of action. Job Specification * This job requires Application Support to act as SME for the projects and BAU projects of Payment System Qualifications (Basic Degree/Diploma etc) Master’s or Bachelor Degree Professional Qualification and/or Regulatory, Licensing requirements Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT Relevant Work Experience Required Competencies and Skills * Competencies/Skills (Essential to succeed in this job) Application Support on Linux environment with JBoss EAP; JAVA SE (OpenJDK); Perl; Apache Tomcat; Database PostgreSQL; C/C++; ESQL; MQ; will be added advantages Possess troubleshooting experience on the technologies listed above Understand technical specifications documents – SDD; FSD; TSD Worked in medium to complex interface projects such as system tech refresh, application upgrade and system/application migration To have hands-on experience in support, testing & deployment of API, IBM ESB systems and/or Payment system. To manage escalations, risks and issues related to Online Interfaces Delivery
