Description
A rapidly growing cloud technology company is seeking a Vice President of GTM Strategy & Revenue Operations to lead the systems, analytics, and operational infrastructure that powers revenue growth. This executive will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance leadership to design scalable go-to-market systems, improve forecasting accuracy, and drive predictable revenue performance. The role requires a combination of strategic leadership and operational execution, with responsibility for building the processes, tooling, and analytics that enable high-performing commercial teams. Key Responsibilities Revenue Strategy & Planning Own the operational strategy behind the company’s go-to-market motion across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Partner with executive leadership to develop revenue plans, territory models, and capacity planning frameworks. Lead annual and quarterly revenue planning processes. Revenue Operations Leadership Build and lead a high-performing Revenue Operations organization covering Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, and Customer Success Ops. Establish scalable operational frameworks supporting enterprise and mid-market revenue teams. Standardize KPIs, reporting structures, and performance dashboards across the GTM organization. Data, Analytics & Forecasting Implement data-driven forecasting methodologies to improve revenue predictability. Develop advanced analytics and reporting across pipeline performance, conversion metrics, and sales productivity. Deliver executive-level insights to inform strategic decision making. Systems & Infrastructure Own the architecture and optimization of the revenue technology stack (CRM, sales engagement platforms, marketing automation, BI tools). Identify automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency and GTM productivity. Ensure systems support scalable growth and cross-functional visibility. Cross-Functional Alignment Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product leadership to align revenue operations with company growth goals. Improve pipeline generation, deal velocity, and customer lifecycle performance. Drive operational excellence across the entire revenue lifecycle. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy, Sales Operations, or Business Operations 5+ years leading Revenue Operations or GTM strategy teams Experience scaling revenue organizations in cloud computing, SaaS, or enterprise software Strong expertise in pipeline analytics, forecasting models, and revenue performance metrics Experience implementing and optimizing CRM and revenue technology stacks Proven ability to translate strategic initiatives into operational execution Experience supporting high-growth technology companies Preferred Experience Experience in cloud infrastructure, developer platforms, or enterprise SaaS Experience supporting organizations scaling from $20M–$200M+ ARR Familiarity with enterprise sales motions and multi-product GTM strategies Compensation Competitive executive compensation Equity participation Performance-based incentives Comprehensive benefits package
