We are looking for a Vice President, Head of Investor & Client Management to join the senior leadership team of our CCO (Chief Commercial Officer) area. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape and lead a high-performing department that will be integral to our business growth. Your ultimate responsibility will be to enable transactions of our available renewable infrastructure assets to investors, and power sales to our corporate clients. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to manage and grow our most strategic investor and partner relations and ensure we deliver unparalleled value to our key accounts.
You will be working closely with our executive leadership team and across departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and the alignment of our strategic goals with our investor’s needs.
This role requires a visionary leader with strong business acumen, excellent people management skills, and the ability to develop long-term partnerships with our key accounts while expanding our influence in the global renewable energy sector.

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 5 years of senior leadership experience, preferably in renewable energy, energy, or related sectors
  • Proven track record of building, leading, and developing high-performing teams that achieve exceptional results in a competitive and fast-paced environment
  • Visionary leadership style that can set direction and motivate employees to build an environment that fosters both psychological safety and performance
  • Ability to operate in a global environment, working with diverse teams and stakeholders across geographies and cultures
  • Preferred (but not required), strong understanding of the renewable energy market
  • Strong and long-lasting experience in managing large-scale, high-value investors, customers or partnerships, preferably in the renewables or infrastructure sector
  • Strong ability to build and nurture deep relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers in major global organizations
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with a results-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage key stakeholders at all levels of the organization and client base
