WHAT DOES A HEAD OF MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS, EMEA DO?

We are seeking a Head of Marketing and Communications to ignite our brand across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). You will craft and execute transformative marketing and communications strategies, elevate our market presence, and fuel sustainable growth through innovation and collaboration. In this role, you will oversee all marketing and communication activities to ensure the growth and long-term success of the organisation.

Responsibilities
  • Define and activate an integrated marketing and communications roadmap that drives brand lift, customer engagement, and revenue acceleration across EMEA.
  • Translate regional insights, market trends, customer behaviours, and competitor moves into localized campaigns for diverse EMEA markets.
  • Act as the primary communications advisor for senior leaders by crafting and executing compelling internal communications strategies such as town halls, leadership newsletters, intranet content, and employee campaigns.
  • Partner with executive leadership and the global Brand organisation to cascade corporate strategy, cultural initiatives, and change programmes.
  • Orchestrate multi-channel digital B2B marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, paid social, display, email automation, webinars, and ABM to enable our go-to-market strategy and accelerate pipeline.
  • Develop and lead cutting-edge digital marketing campaigns to boost digital performance.
  • Own end-to-end product launches, including positioning, messaging, collateral development, and launch events that deliver quick time-to-value.
  • Strengthen brand presence through creative messaging and campaign execution tailored to Clover users.
  • Define the playbook for the Clover suite, identifying high-value segments, roadmap campaign tactics, and driving adoption through compelling content.
