Our offerings are designed to leverage Visa's extensive data, technology, and expertise in the payments industry to deliver actionable insights and strategies that drive business growth and efficiency. Key areas covered include strategy, digital and AI transformation, portfolio management and risk management. We are seeking a Vice President to lead the VCA and Advisory business for the Australia, New Zealand & Pacific Islands (AuNZPI.) This role reports to the SVP, Head of VCA, AP and the SVP, Group Country Manager, AuNZSPI and will be a key member of both the Asia Pacific VCA leadership team as well as the AuNZSPI leadership team. What a VP, Head of VCA, AuNZPI does at Visa: Drive business development - Secure long-term advisory engagements and partnerships by assessing client needs, proposing relevant VCA services and Visa cross-functional services, scoping and pricing, and confirming new projects. P&L Ownership - Balance short-term and long-term financial outcomes for the business in line with broader growth aspirations. Cultivate deep executive-level relationships with Visa’s clients and partners – Banks / Issuers, Acquirers, and Merchants & Fintech firms through a combination of thought leadership activities and delivering high quality and high impact engagements. Partner closely with Country Managers, Account Executives and other cross-functional teams to deliver holistic solutions leveraging Visa’s consumer, commercial, and value-added services. Attract and develop high-quality talent across the AuNZPI markets, establishing a strong pipeline of future leaders for VCA and Visa. This role leads multidisciplinary consulting, data science, and implementation teams to deliver high‑impact solutions, leveraging Visa products and services to inform client strategy, optimize portfolios and advance digital transformation initiatives. As a key contributor to Visa’s regional commercial agenda, this role shapes market‑specific advisory offerings, orchestrates cross‑functional collaboration and provides thought leadership that positions Visa as the leading payments partner across diverse and rapidly evolving markets. Qualifications What you will need: 20+ years experience in management consulting with a top-tier consulting firm, including exposure to financial services / payments consulting in Australia, New Zealand & Pacific Islands markets. Demonstrated ability to structure, sell and deliver large-scale transformation programs by addressing complex change agenda, leading large multi-market teams, and managing senior client relationships. Strong pre-existing network of relationships with mid-to-senior banking executives in the Australia, New Zealand & Pacific Island markets. Strong stakeholder management and ability to navigate large global, matrixed organizations to effectively drive alignment and execution of strategic goals. Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build deep relationships and drive collective outcomes with cross functional teams and stakeholders. Leadership: Track record of recruiting, developing and retaining high performing teams. Execution and impact oriented through effective planning and attention to detail. High level of self-motivation, initiative, intellectual curiosity, and drive. Able to proactively identify areas of opportunity and develop plans and initiatives to capture / address.
