Description
Responsible for driving business growth in the High Net Worth (HNW) partnership segment, enhancing profitability, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the High-Net-Worth Department. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the company’s market presence both regionally and in Singapore. The position works closely with the Head of HNW Distribution Partnerships and the executive team to develop and execute strategies aligned with the division’s goals and objectives. Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets. Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the business base Build and maintain strong relationships with key strategic partners. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Drive business growth in HNW segment products through stakeholder training and engagement. Manage related administrative tasks and projects as assigned Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of proven success in business development within the HNW market. Strong problem-solving skills with creativity and resourcefulness. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Demonstrated business acumen and ability to manage high-pressure situations. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. High integrity, accountability, and a collaborative team attitude. Proactive, adaptable, and open to embracing change. Alignment with organizational core values and behaviours.
