Ensure strong financial results and alignment with Marriott International brand standards. ---------------------------------------- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Oversee multi-property portfolio performance (RevPAR, GOP, NOI) * Lead General Managers and regional teams * Manage owner relations and reporting * Ensure brand compliance and QA standards * Drive new management contracts and portfolio growth ---------------------------------------- REQUIREMENTS * 12+ years in hospitality, multi-property leadership * Management company / third-party experience preferred * Marriott experience strongly preferred * Strong P&L and leadership skills ---------------------------------------- SUCCESS METRICS * Revenue & profit growth * Owner satisfaction * Brand compliance scores * Portfolio expansion
