The Vice President, HR Operations is responsible for leading the design, development and execution of HR operational strategies and programs that drive efficiency, scalability, and seamless employee experience. This role oversees core HR functions including HR technology programs, People Analytics, HR shared services, Employee Relations and HR Compliance. Reporting to the CHRO, the VP of HR Operations plays a pivotal role as a member of the Human Resources Leadership Team. This is a Hybrid-NY role, located at 100 Church St. requiring three days per week in the office (T/W/TH).
