ABOUT THE ROLE

Join our executive leadership team as Vice President of Information Technology, where you’ll shape the strategic direction of technology across the organization, driving innovation, operational excellence, and digital transformation. You’ll lead a high-performing team, mentoring and developing employees to align individual growth with organizational success. Your leadership will influence enterprise-wide decisions, impact organizational growth, and elevate member experiences – creating a ripple effect that strengthens the financial wellbeing of the communities we serve.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Provide strategic leadership to align technology initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Oversee all IT operations, including infrastructure, core systems, data management, vendor partnerships, and budgets.
  • Drive innovation and digital transformation through emerging technologies and member-facing solutions.
  • Oversee IT governance, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance to ensure operational integrity and risk management.
  • Represent IT at executive and board levels, guiding enterprise strategy and planning.
  • Provide leadership to the Information Systems, Application Development, Banking and Lending systems (Core Systems), and Project Management teams (7 direct reports, total staff of 18).
