SUMMARY:

The strategic and forward-thinking Vice President of Information Technology (VP of IT) will lead our technology operations and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise, leadership capability, and a passion for design-forward, customer-centric solutions. This role will drive innovation, improve business processes, and align technology initiatives with the overall business strategy.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • 10+ years of IT leadership experience, with at least 5 years in an executive or senior management role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
    Pay: $160 - $220K annually (base compensation) + bonus eligible

User Experience & Internal Enablement

  • Champion user-centric systems design to improve employee workflows, reduce friction, and improve adoption of core platforms (ERP, CRM, Collaboration Tools)
Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and execute the company’s IT vision and strategy in alignment with and in support of the overall business strategy and to support business objectives.
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives to modernize legacy systems.
  • Identify areas and build plans to incorporate AI and Automation to streamline business processes and enhance client experiences.

Technology Infrastructure:

  • Oversee the planning, development, and implementation of scalable infrastructure and cloud-based solutions.
  • Ensure system reliability, data security, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.

Data & Analytics:

  • Build data architecture and analytics frameworks to support business intelligence, demand forecasting, and customer behavior insights.
  • Lead data governance and compliance efforts.

Cybersecurity:

  • Establish cybersecurity strategies and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Proactively manage risk and mitigate vulnerabilities across all systems.

Team Development:

  • Provides oversight for design, implementation, and management of all requirements to ensure the current minimum threshold for CMMC is in place and maintained.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing IT team, fostering innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate across departments.

Change Management & Cross-Functional Integration

  • Lead change management strategies to support digital adoption and minimize friction across business units.

User Experience & Internal Enablement

  • Champion user-centric systems design to improve employee workflows, reduce friction, and improve adoption of core platforms (ERP, CRM, Collaboration Tools).

Vendor & Budget Management:

  • Manage IT budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships.
  • Evaluate and negotiate with technology partners and consultants.
