Description
Participate in the execution of M&A transactions, and contribute to strategy and transaction structuring recommendations. Assist on calls with various counterparties including corporate or financial sponsor clients to strategize on M&A processes. Analyze and synthesize financial and operating information about companies and industries. Build financial and operating models to illustrate projected financial results and conduct valuation analyses. Develop marketing memoranda and participate in client meetings and presentations. Work with junior bankers and assist in their training and development. Requires a Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Finance, or a related field of study and three (3) years of experience in the position offered or three (3) years as an Associate, or a closely related occupation. Requires three (3) years of experience with: valuation analyses; cross-border transactions; public and private M&A; spin-off transactions, split-off transactions, and corporate separations; Microsoft Office; Bloomberg, Capital IQ, Factiva, and Thomson One; Reverse Morris Trust; SPAC transactions; Restructuring; and IPOs.
