We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Investment Strategist to join our Wealth Management team. This role is located in Los Angeles CA, Miami FL, or Pittsburgh PA. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Develop and implement investment strategies to meet client objectives by leveraging in-depth market research and analysis. Collaborate with Wealth Advisors to develop personal financial plans (including cash flow analysis, investment proposals, retirement planning analysis, etc.) for high-net-worth individuals and families Communicate complex personal wealth plans, investment strategies, and market insights to clients, Wealth Advisors and other internal stakeholders to foster understanding and engagement. Monitor market trends and adjust strategies proactively to capitalize on emerging opportunities and mitigate risks. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced degree preferred. Typically 2-5 years of experience. CFP or CFA designations preferred. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to develop and execute effective investment strategies. Excellent communication skills to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences. Proficiency in financial analysis tools and investment management software. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $68,000 and $155,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs. This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
