Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our Information Services leadership team in the role of Vice President of Information Systems Business Solutions
The Vice President of IS Business Solutions for Indiana University Health is a strategic leadership role responsible for the overall vision, planning, and execution of information technology initiatives supporting the non-clinical functions of the health system. This role provides executive leadership and direction for a diverse portfolio of applications and technologies, including but not limited to applications supporting finance, revenue cycle, human resources, and supply chain, as well as the core infrastructure for business intelligence, reporting, and analytics. This leader will also drive the adoption and deployment of cutting-edge digital solutions, including but not limited to artificial intelligence and machine learning, RPA/BPM, natural language processing, and low-code/no-code platforms. The Vice President of IS Business Solution will partner with key stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities to leverage technology to improve operational efficiency, enhance decision-making, and drive strategic growth. This individual will build and lead a high-performing team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer service, while ensuring the security, reliability, and compliance of all systems and data (6 direct reports and ~350 team members).
