We are seeking an experienced VP of IT & Technology to lead and oversee the strategic development and implementation of IT and technology initiatives across our global organization. This role is pivotal in driving technological innovation, advancing digital transformation, and leading the development of cutting-edge solutions that support both business operations and growth objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Master’s degree or equivalent would be an asset).
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive IT leadership experience in multinational organizations within the CPG, e-commerce, or warehousing industries preferred.
• Proven experience in leading and managing large IT teams, with strong people management and mentoring skills.
• Demonstrated success in implementing complex enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, WMS) and driving global IT initiatives.
• Strong technical acumen combined with the ability to influence and drive organizational change.
• Experience working in both local and global environments with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written); working knowledge of French is required.
• Ability to work autonomously, demonstrating strong initiative, flexibility, and adaptability.
