Significant experience in communications and writing experience. Experience with executive reporting and strong PowerPoint skills. Experience with business and/or project management preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to diverse audiences. Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective plans and initiatives. Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders required. Desire to learn and grow and take ownership of the function and drive improvements, efficiencies and positioning the internal brand. Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive content with discretion.
