Description
Lead client engagements and drive idea generation Manage day-to-day execution of complex transactions - coordinating with clients, investors, lawyers, accountants, and internal coverage teams Partner with teams across Investment Banking, SPCM, and Fixed Income to source and execute transactions Develop asset/liability cash flows models for complex structured finance transactions and formulate pricing views on loan portfolios Design tailored client solutions supported by robust modeling and analytics, deliver compelling business development and client materials Mentor junior team members and contribute to a high-performance, collaborative culture 5+ years in capital markets, investment banking, or related fields. Experience in structured finance and/or FIG corporate finance is preferred Advanced modeling and analytical capabilities Ability to manage complex transaction processes and perform under pressure Strong client-facing skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and ability to influence stakeholders. Entrepreneurial, detail-oriented, and adaptable with a strong work ethic. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $275,000 and $275,000 per year for VP, at the commencement of employment.
