RESPONSIBILITIES:
Upholding the mission of NDHCC and the Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur, the Vice President will lead our premier long sterm and skilled rehab center and provide administrative oversight to all facility practices, including regulatory compliance, personnel management, resident-centered care, financial management and analysis, and other day-to-day operations of a 123 bed, Medicare and Medicaid-certified skilled nursing facility. As a member of NDHCC’s Senior Leadership Team and reporting to the President/CEO, the Vice President will be integrally involved in developing and implementing both facility-based and campus-oriented strategic goals and initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
. Continuously work to promote a resident-centered, consumer-driven, and industry leading service care model, based on industry “best practices”, and through the quality and performance improvement process (QAPI).
