LSS is seeking a dynamic Vice President, Mission Advancement to lead efforts in amplifying our mission by communicating our story and building meaningful connections with key businesses/corporations, foundations, and individual philanthropists.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
• Minimum 4 years of executive level experience in philanthropy, marketing/communications or similar field
• Supervisory and management experience required
• Experience in budget development, monitoring, and achievement
• Must possess strong communication/presentation skills
• Ability to utilize critical thinking skills to resolve personnel and/or agency challenges
