The VP Marketing & Digital Strategy will lead the strategic planning and execution of all marketing initiatives for our Canadian operations and collaborate on global marketing strategies. This role covers multiple marketing verticals, including brand marketing, trade show management, partnership promotions, and digital marketing. The successful candidate will manage relationships with external partners, ensure effective execution of digital strategies, and continuously seek to implement new processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency. As part of the executive leadership team, the VP Marketing & Digital Strategy will report directly to the CEO and play a key role in shaping the future direction of the company.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 15-20 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in brand marketing, trade show management, digital marketing (including SEO), and partnership promotions.
  • Experience working with third-party vendors and managing external partners.
  • Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage and develop a high-performing team.
  • Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken) is required.
  • Experience in implementing marketing systems and processes to drive efficiency and innovation.
  • Autonomous, results-driven, and adaptable to change.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
