VICE PRESIDENT, MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS is responsible for managing the Yearbook & Prospectus' Instagram page throughout the year, especially in designing Instagram posts and content to promote the Yearbook and associated events. \n Time Commitment 4-6 hr/week, 5-7 during peak periods Term of Employment June 2026 - May 2027 Main Responsibilities Manage the Yearbook & Prospectus' Instagram page Plan and design promotional graphics and creative content for posts and stories Attend weekly or bi-weekly portfolio meetings for process tracking Collaborate and communicate with fellow team members and VP Digital Design Lead for creative input Collaborate with VP Externals for potential collaborations and student engagement ideas Report to VP Digital Designs and Yearbook & Prospectus Co-Chairs on the progress of projects Qualifications Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom etc.), Canva, Capcut or equivalent Familiarity with video editing softwares (e.g: iMovie, Capcut, Premiere Pro or equivalent Ensure all creative tasks are completed on schedule Creativity and passion for social media and graphic design Proactive communication with the team during the term of employment Anticipated Learning Outcomes VICE PRESIDENT, MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS should be able to develop their communication skills throughout their term. As VICE PRESIDENT, MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS, incumbents will also be able to meet and develop connections with business professionals.
