REQUIREMENTS:

  • Expertise in B2B/B2G marketing strategy, branding, and product positioning.
  • Deep understanding of public safety communication technologies (e.g., LMR, LTE, NG911, CAD).
  • Experience with government procurement cycles and RFP support.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels (SEO/SEM, PPC, email, social media).
  • Hands-on experience with marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Google Analytics).
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory issues in public safety communications.
  • Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships (Sales, Product, Engineering).
  • Visionary thinker with an ability to execute and deliver measurable results.
  • Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field).

  • 10+ years of total marketing experience with a proven record of success in executive leadership roles.
  • Prior experience in the public safety, telecom, or mission-critical technology sectors is highly preferred.
