The Vice President of Marketing will drive growth by understanding and segmenting our markets, driving product management strategies and working cross-functionally in a matrixed organization to connect us more to new revenue opportunities, and deliver them with consistently high quality and productivity.
This role oversees all growth-related initiatives, inbound and outbound marketing, including branding, lead generation, digital marketing, and client engagement. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader with experience scaling marketing organizations and delivering measurable results.

TEAM BUILDING AND LEADERSHIP

  • Evangelizes disciplined growth tools and frameworks across the organization.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Establish clear KPIs and provide regular feedback to team members to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to supplement internal resources and capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing-related or similar.
  • MBA, master’s in marketing or other advanced degree preferred.
  • Key Experiences:
  • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership roles, preferably in B2B industries such as construction, engineering, or professional services.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing integrated marketing strategies in a multi-brand environment that drives measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience building and scaling marketing organizations, including recruiting, mentoring, and retaining top talent.
  • Demonstrated success in leading growth functions through pre- and post-integration projects.
  • Background in engineering industries such as technology, manufacturing, or services is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.
  • Experience leading and influencing organizations directly and indirectly. Proven track record of inspiring and motivating cross functional teams toward common goals.
  • Proven experience as a product manager, finding market segments that allow B2B sales of hard, manufactured products to businesses. We are looking for a track record of product management, growth strategies, and a history of helping create growth strategies to targeted B2B segments through product management.
  • Key Skills:
  • Deep knowledge of inbound and outbound marketing strategies, tools, and best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and align diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to marketing decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Expertise in CRM, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
  • Additional requirements:
  • Role is located in our HQ in Westminster, CO and offers a hybrid-remote structure allowing remote work on Mondays and Fridays, but in office Tuesday-Thursday.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
