Wightman is a family-owned communications company proudly serving communities across Southwestern Ontario with Internet, TV, phone, and mobility solutions. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President, Sales and Marketing to lead our sales, marketing, customer service and business development efforts.

Reporting directly to the President & CEO, the Vice President, Sales and Marketing is a key member of the executive leadership team responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and strengthening Wightman's position as the trusted choice in the communities we serve.

This is an opportunity for a hands-on leader who thrives on building high-performing teams, developing strategic relationships, and delivering measurable business results.

What You'll Do

Drive Growth & Commercial Strategy

· Develop and execute sales and growth strategies that support Wightman's long-term business objectives.

· Lead revenue generation initiatives across business, consumer, and wholesale, services.

· Establish sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics while ensuring accountability for results.

· Identify new market opportunities and support strategic business development initiatives.

Lead High-Performing Teams

· Provide leadership and direction to sales, marketing and customer service functions.

· Coach, develop, and inspire teams to achieve exceptional performance.

· Support the Business and Consumer Sales teams in closing strategic opportunities and key customer accounts.

· Develop pricing strategies and sales programs that drive profitable growth.
