Company Description The Vice President Marketing will serve as the strategic brand leader for Rixos Hotels and the All-Inclusive Collection, stewarding both brands into their next phase of global expansion, modernisation, and digital acceleration. We are all about building brands with purpose, putting creative storytelling at the heart of everything we do, you will set the strategic vision for Rixos & AIC ensuring each brand has a distinct point of view and delivers innovative communication and activations. This role will lead the integrated brand plans across all properties developing culturally relevant annual marketing plans that drive both brand love and commercial needs. You will ensure the brand resonates consistently, performs commercially, and lead innovation in the competitive landscape of luxury and all-inclusive hospitality. The Vice President Marketing shapes the global brand story, drives market presence, fosters high-impact partnerships, and ensures that every marketing action translates into measurable growth, deeper guest engagement, and stronger brand equity across all markets. Job Description Define and evolve global brand identity, positioning, and storytelling. Lead integrated marketing campaigns, partnerships, and activations. Oversee digital performance marketing, content excellence, and emerging platforms. Drive marketing plans for new openings and global initiatives. Partner cross-functionally to align marketing with commercial priorities. Manage global budgets, KPIs, and performance dashboards. Inspire and develop a multi-disciplinary marketing team. Qualifications 15+ years in senior marketing leadership, with luxury hospitality or lifestyle brand experience. Expertise in brand building, digital marketing, and global campaigns. Strong commercial acumen and multi-market experience (Middle East, Europe, Asia). Exceptional leadership, creativity, and stakeholder engagement skills.
