Job Description The Opportunity GolfNow is seeking a Vice President, Marketplace Growth to lead demand-side strategy for its marketplace and drive sustainable rounds growth. This role serves as the GM-aligned leader responsible for shaping the golfer value proposition, promotion strategy, and demand quality approach—balancing growth, customer trust, and contribution margin. Why This Role Matters: This leader sits at the center of strategy and execution, translating customer insights and business priorities into clear activation frameworks that increase conversion quality, repeat engagement, and long-term marketplace health. The role plays a critical part in strengthening how GolfNow connects golfers to courses while scaling a high-quality, efficient growth engine. This is a hybrid role based in Orlando, FL, offering a blend of in-office collaboration and flexible work.
