Company: Marsh Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our local Construction Team. This role will be based in Hong Kong. We will count on you to: Manage a portfolio of Construction clients and handle their construction project insurances, annual insurance programmes and daily enquiries Execute, manage and drive the revenue growth strategies/initiatives that has been assigned. Present Marsh sales pitch to potential customers to generate new business opportunities for product line specialists. Provide timely updates and communication regarding working prospects with key stakeholder groups at Marsh. Business planning for the execution of agreed growth strategies taking into account of resources and other support teams required for the achievement of sales target. Project management and ensure the delivery of insurance tenders and other sales-related initiatives assigned. Understand clients’ risk exposure and deliver insurance solutions to expand current client portfolio with new products and Marsh services Work as part of the Construction team for construction insurance advisory and placement and other specialty teams for a spectrum of insurance solutions Interact regularly with clients and provide assistance with construction policy coverage questions; resolves risk & insurance tasks arising from clients’ construction projects Responsible for client accounts and servicing. What you need to have: Bachelor degree in Engineering or Law or Finance preferred At least 10 years working experience in general insurance industry or construction industry Competent communication and client relationship management skills Ambitious, self-motivated, results driven, team player Must be proficient in written and spoken English.
