Role: Vice President, National Franchise Business Development

Job Description:

  • Propel our market presence by effectively selling virtual staffing solutions to franchise owners through strategic networking and engagement.
  • Utilize your extensive knowledge in offshoring to craft tailored offerings that address the unique needs and challenges of franchisees including understanding the transition plan to learn to work effectively with offshore resources.
  • Identify opportunities to sell our services to franchise operators, demonstrating the value and efficiency of our solutions, building business cases and developing executive value propositions.
  • Achieve sales targets through strategic sales planning, emphasizing CRM utilization to optimize client interactions and transactions.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to strategically position Cloudstaff’s services to franchised businesses.
  • Take your sales to the next level by leveraging tools created by the partner channel manager to complement your industry go to market with franchise channel partners.
  • Partner with internal teams—Marketing, Recruitment, Client Services, and Operations—to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of experience in senior business development roles, focusing on selling to franchises and outsourcing services
  • Demonstrated success in selling complex solutions to franchise owners, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
  • Strong understanding of franchise dynamics and the ability to integrate outsourcing services effectively
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement and influence

Location Requirement: Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Dallas, TX. Alternative hub cities (e.g., Atlanta, Miami, Chicago or Los Angeles) considered for the right candidate.
