VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS – NWSG.CA

We’re looking for a proven Integrator-style leader to run and scale our business from 25–35 employees to 50+ within 2 years. You’ll bring “been there, done that” experience in the construction/trades industry, managing young, driven teams (ages 19–25) with a track record of results and glowing references.
This role demands strategic leadership, operational excellence, and the ability to inspire and hold people accountable.
Compensation: High salary + profit share.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $107,701.92-$137,500.00 per year
