SUMMARY: Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the VP of Ancillary Services provides strategic, operational, and financial leadership for the group’s high-volume ancillary departments and outpatient facilities. This position serves as a key bridge between executive leadership and the physician-owners to ensure service lines are aligned with the Clinic's long-term growth and excellence goals.  REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field required; Master’s degree (MHA/MBA) required. * Experience: Minimum of 5–10 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience, ideally within a large multi-specialty group or complex clinical setting. * Skills: * Demonstrated expertise in ancillary operations (Radiology, Lab, Pharmacy, PT) and ASC management. * Strong financial acumen and experience with physician-led governance structures. * Exceptional interpersonal skills for building trust with both administrative staff and practicing physicians. * Knowledge of AAAHC accreditation and other healthcare regulatory standards.
