WHAT WE NEED:
Corpay is seeking an experienced executive to lead the successful delivery of airline technology products and solutions across a portfolio of global clients. This senior leadership role is responsible for managing the full implementation lifecycle, ensuring successful project execution by collaborating across all business, product and technology functions—while fostering strong strategic relationships with airline partners. As a client-facing executive, the VP will act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, ensuring each implementation delivers operational impact, value and long-term satisfaction. Agile and airlines industry experience are a plus.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years managing and leading teams.
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise product implementation, with at least 3 years in a senior or executive-level role.
- 5+ years project management experience.
- 5+ years working in a technical product delivery organization.
- 3+ years Airlines industry experience required
- Airlines crew management system experience strongly preferred (e.g. Sabre, AIMS, CAE, Lufthansa)
- Hotel electronic distribution system / connectivity experience preferred (e.g. GDS, DerbySoft)
- Proven experience in building and managing strategic client relationships at the executive level.
- Demonstrated success in leading global implementation projects in complex, high-stakes environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client engagement.
- Proven track record of implementing customer-focused quality improvement initiatives.
- Product management / strategy experience preferred.
- Airlines industry experience preferred.
- Agile project management experience preferred.
- Direct experience with implementing business and technology transformation initiatives.
- Proven problem-solving skills, identifying root cause and solutions through a high level of critical thinking.
- Ability to thrive and excel in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Must be extremely detail oriented and organized.
- High degree of initiative, responsibility, persistence, ownership, and accomplishment.
