The Vice President of Consulting Services will oversee consulting, project engagements and Partner management. These teams provide full lifecycle support for customers, from pre-sales through implementation and ongoing service. You will ensure that the Consulting Services group is well-organized, driving customer revenue, retention, growth, and satisfaction. With deep expertise in enterprise technologies, you will lead the team in delivering high-quality solutions while developing new service offerings to better meet customer needs. You will be responsible for maximizing our partner status by fully taking advantage of solutions, partner designations, and Microsoft project funding.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 12+ years of experience across the Microsoft tech stack.
• 8+ years of experience of people management.
• 5+ years of experience in a service delivery business.
• Experience with ITSM methods.
• Understanding of Professional Services business dynamics.
• Experience developing a strategy and roadmap for a business function.
• Experience managing client delivery teams and projects.
• Executive-level presentation and communication skills.
• Proven success in leading transformational change in a diverse operating environment.
• Commercially astute with contract management expertise.

EDUCATION AND TRAINING

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience.
