PURPOSE: This role is responsible for customer maintenance, retention, and growth through strategic relationship building within the assigned territory or specific account assignment. The Corporate Account Manager exceeds customer expectations by providing timely issue resolution, billing accuracy, and proper execution of key performance metrics. The ideal candidate will create an impenetrable relationship between client & HLSG.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Undergraduate Degree preferred.
  • Must have 5+ years of high level, complex account management & negotiation experience with demonstrated success managing corporate-level clients.
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Must possess computer skills in Excel, Word, CRM, Microsoft Outlook, & PowerPoint.
  • Ability to create and deliver an executive level presentation verbally and electronically, using PowerPoint and often to a group audience.
  • Weekly activity and customer interaction requirements, including frequent travel to engage in-person with clients.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain high level relationships across the customer’s span of influence. C, VP, Director, & Management level.
  • Negotiate successful client renewals for HLSG’s corporate-level clients.
  • Ensure proper execution of contract terms and conditions. Service, billing, resolution, performance, etc.
  • Keep customer records, milestones, notes, and vital information updated within Salesforce CRM.
  • Lead standing meetings, business reviews, presentations, linen committees, relationship events, etc.
  • Increase revenue by positioning the value of new or additional product or service lines.
  • Maintain client retention & growth goals within assigned account portfolio.
  • Maintain expertise in the Healthcare Linen space through continuous training with HLAC/ALM/Etc.
  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) on microfiber, scrubs, automation, cubical curtains, & all healthcare linen products.
  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) on plant processes, competitive landscape, billing, & contract management
  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) on infection prevention, linen utilization, and industry standards/ranges.
