This role will partner closely with leadership to drive better decision-making, improve financial processes, and position the company for continued growth. You will serve as the financial leader of the organization, with full ownership of both finance and accounting. Key Responsibilities Lead all finance and accounting functions, including financial reporting, FP&A, and the month-end close process Partner directly with the CEO and leadership team to provide strategic financial guidance and decision support Build and enhance forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling capabilities Deliver accurate, timely financial reporting and meaningful business insights Oversee and develop the accounting team, including leadership of the Controller function Drive process improvements and establish scalable financial infrastructure Own and optimize the Sage Intacct ERP system Establish KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics to track business performance Support banking relationships, capital strategy, and potential M&A activity Ensure compliance with GAAP and strengthen internal controls What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a VP of Finance, Director of Finance, or Controller ready to step into a more strategic leadership role Background in a $50M–$200M company environment Strong FP&A, financial modeling, and business partnering experience Experience working closely with executive leadership Hands-on experience with Sage Intacct or a similar ERP system Strong leadership, team development, and communication skills CPA or MBA preferred The Ideal Candidate This role is built for someone who leads from the front, takes ownership of the numbers, and can translate financial data into clear business decisions.
