Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer, this role ensures the integrity of financial operations while driving enterprise-wide performance, enabling data-driven decision-making, and supporting the company’s growth, investment, and operational objectives.   Responsibilities * Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, providing financial stewardship and enterprise-level decision support across a multi-entity, multi-location hospitality and entertainment portfolio * Partner with the COO, CEO, and executive leadership to establish financial priorities, guide strategic initiatives, and support long-term business planning * Drive financial performance by leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes; analyze variances and adjust projections to support business objectives * Enhance financial visibility and reporting to enable timely, data-driven executive decision-making * Evaluate financial and operational performance across departments, providing actionable insights to improve profitability, efficiency, and margin expansion * Identify opportunities for cost optimization, restructuring, and scalable growth across all business units * Oversee preparation and integrity of all financial reporting, including income statements, balance sheets, tax filings, and regulatory reports * Ensure strong internal controls, compliance, and audit readiness across all financial functions * Lead capital allocation and investment strategy, supporting financing initiatives and maintaining relationships with lenders, investors, and financial institutions * Monitor macroeconomic trends and assess their impact on financial performance, market positioning, and expansion opportunities * Build and lead a high-performance finance organization with clear accountability, strong controls, and scalable processes * Develop and implement financial infrastructure that supports growth, operational efficiency, and long-term scalability   Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field required; MBA preferred * CPA designation preferred * 8–10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience * Strong financial acumen, including forecasting, modeling, and operational analysis * Proven ability to influence executive decision-making and drive strategic outcomes * Advanced proficiency in financial systems, reporting tools, and accounting platforms * Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information clearly to senior leadership   Working Conditions * Corporate office environment with standard business hours; extended hours may be required during key financial cycles (e.g., month-end, audits, planning periods) * Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer * Occasional travel and cross-functional collaboration across locations   American Golf Corporation is committed to equal employment opportunities for all.
