Description

ABOUT ENTERPRISEALUMNI (EA)

We’re a U.S. company with a U.K. branch, and we do business all over the world. On average, 70 million people move job every year just in the U.S. and U.K. Since we were founded in 2016, over half a billion people in those markets alone, have become Alumni of organisations that they may have lost touch with. We are changing that. We provide the software and the ‘know-how’ to power the Alumni networks of our clients and help them engage with, re-hire and enjoy commercial relationships with their former employees.

Responsibilities

THIS ISN’T YOUR AVERAGE FINANCE ROLE

EA is a fast-growing SaaS scale-up seeking a dynamic, strategic and highly proactive Vice President of Finance to lead our finance operations and support our mission to partner with more global blue-chip organisations.
EA is entrepreneur led, agile and fast to move on opportunities. No two days are the same. This is not a role for someone who craves routine. Your personality, skills and knowledge will be utilised every day. We’re serious about owning our sector globally, but we never forget to have a bit of fun along the way, and as a leader it’s important you help lead our vibrant culture.
Ownership and timely execution are paramount. We’re not just ticking boxes but competing to win every day as a team. The energy and experience you bring will be rewarded by a frequent sense of accomplishment and contribution. You are part of the wider team - a completer and contributor, not just a commentator.

WHAT SORT OF PERSON WILL THIS ROLE SUIT?

You will be someone stepping into their first finance leadership role, having proven yourself in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The ideal candidate is a proactive, hands-on business partner with strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills. You will have a proven track record within a SaaS startup or scale-up, ideally with UK and US experience.
You will be supported by our C-suite, including our fractional CFO, but will be responsible Day to Day for reporting and building out our finance capabilities to support our next phase of growth.
