Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Finance to lead our finance department and provide visionary leadership to support the company’s financial goals. The Vice President of Finance will report to the CFO, and be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, ensuring the financial health of the organization, and advising the executive team on strategic decision-making.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive financial experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles, reporting standards, and compliance regulations.
  • Experience with financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-term financial planning.
  • Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the finance team, including accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and financial planning.
  • Develop and execute financial strategies to drive the company’s short- and long-term goals.
  • Oversee financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Partner with the executive team to drive business growth through strategic financial planning, risk management, and resource allocation.
  • Maintain and improve financial controls, systems, and processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Present financial performance reports to the Board of Directors and senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and other financial partners.
  • Lead the annual budget process and ensure alignment with overall company objectives.
