Position Overview We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Vice President of Finance to lead the financial operations of a publicly traded company within the consumer products sector. This role is critical in shaping financial strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes Oversee reporting, compliance, and SEC filings Partner with executive leadership on strategy and capital allocation Manage treasury, audit, tax, and investor relations functions Build and mentor a high-performing finance team Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred) 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience Public company and consumer products experience strongly preferred Proven track record with SEC reporting and investor communications Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
